These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Dalmatian Boat Trips website and the services we provide.
By making a reservation or completing a payment, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. A contractual relationship is established upon confirmation of the booking.
Services
Dalmatian Boat Trips provides boat tours, private and group excursions. We reserve the right to modify the service, route, or schedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather conditions or safety reasons).
Bookings
Bookings can be made via the website, email, or other available communication channels.
Payments can be made:
The user is responsible for:
- providing accurate and complete information
- reviewing booking details
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion.
Payment
A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm a booking.
- online via secure payment methods (e.g. credit/debit cards)
- or as otherwise agreed
All transactions are processed through third-party payment providers.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation terms:
- cancellations made more than 24 hours before the service may be eligible for a refund (depending on agreement)
- cancellations made within 24 hours before the service are considered late cancellations and are non-refundable
In case of bad weather or safety concerns:
a full refund will be issued
Booking Changes
All booking changes must be requested via email.
While we will do our best to accommodate changes, availability cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellation by the Service Provider
We reserve the right to cancel or modify services due to:
- adverse weather conditions
- technical issues
- other unforeseen circumstances
In such cases, customers will be offered an alternative date or a refund.
Liability and Risk
Participation in tours is at your own risk.
By booking, users acknowledge that sea activities involve a certain level of risk.
We are not liable for:
- personal injuries (except in cases of gross negligence)
- loss or damage to personal belongings
- delays or changes caused by external factors
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are required to:
- follow crew instructions
- respect safety rules
- behave responsibly
We reserve the right to:
- terminate participation without refund in case of inappropriate behavior
Customers are responsible for any damage they cause.
Documents and Responsibility
Customers are responsible for carrying valid personal documents if required for the trip.
Complaints
In case of dissatisfaction, customers must notify the crew or organizer immediately so the issue can be addressed on the spot.
Complaints submitted after the service may not be considered if they were not reported during the tour.
Insurance
Customers are advised to arrange their own travel insurance.
Participation and personal belongings are at the customer’s own risk.
Data Protection
Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws, including GDPR.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Croatian courts.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
